CleanQuick: Storage Cleaner — Last updated: June 6, 2026

MIDAS DIGITAL LAB, MChJ ("we", "us", "our") operates the CleanQuick mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Our Privacy Approach

CleanQuick is designed with privacy at its core. Your personal content — photos, videos, contacts, calendar events, and email — is analyzed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to us or to any third party.

The app does use a limited set of third-party services: RevenueCat for subscription management and AppsFlyer for measuring the performance of our marketing. These services collect device identifiers and app-usage information as described in Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 below. They never receive your photos, videos, contacts, calendar events, or email content.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device using the app's sandboxed storage and is never sent to us:

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app, which removes the sandbox storage and Keychain entries described below.

3. Photo Library

CleanQuick requests access to your device's photo library to scan photos and videos so you can review and remove duplicates, similar items, large files, and unused media. All analysis happens locally on your device. No photos or videos are uploaded to any server, transmitted off-device, or shared with us or any third party.

Removed items are deleted via Apple's standard photo library APIs after your explicit confirmation. CleanQuick never deletes media without your action.

4. Contacts

If you use the Contact Cleaner feature, CleanQuick reads your contacts to detect duplicates and incomplete entries. Contact data is processed entirely on your device and is not transmitted off-device. Merges and deletions are performed via Apple's standard Contacts APIs only after your explicit confirmation.

5. Calendars

If you use the Calendar Cleaner feature, CleanQuick reads events from your calendars (including subscribed calendars such as Holidays and Birthdays) to help you remove old or unwanted events. Calendar data is processed entirely on your device and is not transmitted off-device. Event deletions are performed via Apple's standard Calendar APIs only after your explicit confirmation.

6. Email Accounts (Optional)

If you connect an email account (currently iCloud and Gmail) in the Email tab, CleanQuick connects directly to the provider's IMAP server over TLS to list, sort, and delete or mark messages on your behalf. Specifically:

You can disconnect any email account at any time from the Email tab; doing so removes the corresponding Keychain entry and local cache.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

CleanQuick offers optional paid subscriptions (weekly and yearly) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat as a subscription management service to:

RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and subscription transaction data from Apple. It does not receive your name, email, or any of your personal media, contacts, calendar events, or email content. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Subscription events (such as trial starts and purchases) may also be shared with AppsFlyer for advertising-measurement purposes, as described in Section 8.

We do not process any payment information directly. All billing is handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

8. Analytics and Advertising Attribution

CleanQuick uses AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution and marketing-analytics service, to understand how people discover the app and to measure the performance of our marketing. To do this, AppsFlyer may collect:

This information is used to attribute app installs to marketing sources, measure advertising performance, and improve our campaigns. AppsFlyer does not receive your photos, videos, contacts, calendar events, or email content. For details, see AppsFlyer's Services Privacy Policy.

9. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, before we access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for the attribution described above, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you do not grant permission, we do not access your IDFA, and attribution is limited accordingly using privacy-preserving methods such as Apple's SKAdNetwork.

You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

10. Notifications

If you allow notifications, CleanQuick may send you an occasional local reminder (for example, a weekly storage cleanup reminder). Notifications are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework. No push servers or remote notification services are involved.

11. Children's Privacy

CleanQuick is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

12. Data Security

Since your personal content remains on your device, security depends on your device's own protections (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). Email app-specific passwords are stored in the device Keychain with the same protection class iOS uses for system credentials. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

13. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services:

Aside from the services listed above, no other third-party analytics or advertising frameworks are used.

14. Your Choices and Rights

You have control over your data:

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
